When will my product be shipped?All orders ship approximately 10 days prior to the date needed by left on order by buyer. Items Ship with USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail or 3-5 First Class Mail.

What steps should I take to address a damaged package?I am committed to ensuring that all orders arrive on time, even if it means paying extra to expedite them. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise during transit. If that happens, please follow these steps: Do NOT OPEN the package* Write "Refused" on the box Take a photo of the package Return it to the post office or hand it to the mail carrier. Once the box is back in transit, I will issue a FULL refund for the order, including shipping costs. Send me a message, indicating the package was refused and include your taken photos. *Please note that refunds will not be granted if the package has been opened or used.

What is the refund/return policy?Returns/refunds are at the seller's sole discretion and if the order has customization that cannot be altered or reused may not qualify. Some banners that use specialized characters for example. Please double-check the spelling and quantity/length of the items you have purchased.

Do I have to pay Customs and Taxes?Buyers are responsible for any applicable, state taxes, or customs and import taxes. La Papelería cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from customs processing.
